Corporate translation services are normally part of a larger process. It is important that translation services do not become a bottleneck. We are ready to take on large projects with tight deadlines, spreading them among several linguists, ensuring your project progresses without interruption.

Certificate of accuracy

If the translation is for official use, we can issue a certificate of accuracy for the translation. We will verify the accuracy of the translation with our seal and signature, or we can arrange for its notarisation.

Confidentiality 

All your documents are treated as strictly confidential and are assigned only to translators who have signed Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreements. Documents are stored on a secure server, so you can upload and download these texts from your profile, if you do not wish to exchange them by e-mail. We can also collect and deliver documents via a courier service.

Bilingual documents

If required, we can format documents in a bilingual layout.  We will format your document with the source text on the left side, and the target text aligned on the right. 

Deadlines always respected

You will always get your translation on time. We never accept an order unless we have the resources and an adequate safety margin to complete your project on time.

Clients occasionally update or supplement documents that are already in translation, and we always factor in this possibility at the planning stage.
